At Hari Fresh, we always strive to deliver the best quality products to your doorstep. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes it easy for you to raise a concern.


1. Returns

  • You can return the products within 1–5 days of delivery if:
    • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The packaging is tampered with or not sealed properly.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 1–7 business days through your original method of payment.
  • Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. You can place a fresh order after returning the previous one.

5. Exceptions
